Introducing Goat Milk Soap – The All-Natural Skin Wonder
Are you experiencing dry and itchy skin after a refreshing shower
Your daily soap could be the culprit.
The daily soap or body wash you use is made with a bunch of chemicals. Using it even in minute quantities every day can irritate your skin.
Research by the FDA states that the majority of the soaps in the market are full of chemicals. Over a period of time, regular usage of these soaps leads to an allergic reaction on your skin.
Due to these increasing skin conditions, the majority of people have turned their back to chemical laden soaps.
Many of my friends have started making their own soap. And once they start doing that, store brought soap is never an option for them.
Well, after my experiment, I am also leaning in their favor and can’t wait to try out new recipes and variations!
I was facing this constant irritation on my skin and decided to do something about it.
A close friend suggested using goat milk soap.
The organic store brought one or made by hand. I made up my mind and got all the supplies over the weekend.
Once I made the soap and used it for about two weeks, I just had to write a post on it.
The results were simple but remarkable.
The itching on the skin has completely disappeared and my skin feels as soft as a newborn baby’s skin!!
And guess what, I am also sharing the two goat milk soap recipes that I used.
Go ahead and discover all new ways of using this luxurious natural recipe and see your skin transform!
Why Goat Milk Soap is Beneficial for Your Skin
When organic and all natural ingredients come to mind, milk cannot be far behind. Goat milk soap is a popular name in the milk category.
Widely available and grown with organically fed goats, it has become a popular choice due to its inbuilt skin protecting elements.
For centuries goat milk has been known for its unique taste and amazing benefits.
It has lactic acids, a group member of alpha-hydroxy acids that exfoliates the skin by removing its dead layers of skin cells from the surface.
Discover fresh and radiant new skin by using goat milk soap. This fascinating quality makes it stand apart from other natural soaps.
Goat milk soap also comes with Vitamin A and B2, which are extremely nourishing for the body.
Vitamin A naturally repairs skin by reducing the wrinkles and unwanted appearance of fine lines.
Moreover, it has magical healing properties which control acne and helps cure other skin conditions like psoriasis. Goat milk is also rich in minerals like selenium that protects the outer skin layer from sunburn and prevents skin damage.
Have sensitive or dry skin? Goat milk soap can be the perfect cure. It is highly effective if you have eczema, acne, psoriasis, and other skin diseases. Its regular usage can help reduce these conditions.
It comes with high-fat content, which hydrates your skin by maintaining the pH balance of the fatty acid in your body.
The original skin texture gets retained by goat milk soap as it naturally absorbs the beneficial vitamins, minerals, and fatty acid.
It also keeps the pH balance of the body at the normal level.

While doing so, it adds the required amount of nutrients in our skin tissue. Daily use of goat milk soap can make your skin glow from inside out!
Baby Soft and Moisturized Skin
Just try rubbing a goat milk soap over your body while taking a bath. You will simply love its smooth and moisturizing effect.
It acts as a natural moisturizer and the skin absorbs its smoothening properties instantly.

The creamy nature of the soap acts as a soothing balm to the skin cracks and cell gaps. It helps to heal the skin naturally and quickly.
Banish Premature Ageing
Our skin requires regular nourishment from curative antioxidants. Goat milk helps your body combat with oxidative damage caused by free radicals by keeping the constant supply of Vitamin A, C, and E.
It also removes the layer of dead cells from the upper skin surface and helps build the new revitalized layer underneath. Regular use of goat milk soap delays the premature aging of your skin by reducing the occurrence of wrinkles, skin lines, and sunburns.
Prevents and Treats Acne
Skin acne is caused by harmful bacteria which are typically spread due to excessive exposure to smog, pollution, and various toxic chemicals.
Experts recommend goat milk soap as a perfect formula in treating and healing acne and other skin diseases.
Its anti-bacterial properties prevent the survival and growth of harmful bacteria and eliminate the ones deep inside your skin.
Soothes Inflammation & Irritation

Goat milk, on the other hand, has beneficial anti-inflammatory ingredients such as its fat molecules. It also comes with zero chemical additives.
If you have sensitive skin, you will like its soft and gentle formula.
Replace it with your daily face wash or body wash for best results. Watch your skin glow and become radiant from inside.
Reduces Skin Infections
Goat milk soap softens your skin by reducing the itchiness.
Its excellent healing properties and anti-microbial effects help in curing chronic skin infections like eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, and dermatitis.
Maintain skin’s pH Balance
The pH balance of a goat milk soap is similar to the pH level of our body. Goat milk contains caprylic acid, a specific type of fatty acid.
This element makes the goat milk compatible with our skin and helps to extract nutrients from it. Once applied on the skin, this fatty acid shields the skin from harmful bacteria.
Heals & Repairs Skin Damage
Goat milk is loaded with extremely beneficial alpha hydroxyl acid. It triggers the growth of new skin cells in our body.
AHAs makes our skin healthier and younger by repairing the damaged skin tissues from inside.
Reduces Chances of Skin Cancer
Goat milk soap is enriched with a lot of healthy minerals like selenium. Several research studies have proclaimed selenium as an element that can guard our skin against damaging UV rays.

Honey & Goat Milk Soap:
Soap Supplies You Need:
- Goat’s Milk Soap Base
- Silicone Honeycomb Mold
- Organic Raw Honey
- 4-Cup or a similar quantity of Pyrex Glass Measuring Cup
- Red & Yellow Soap Colorant (Optional, If you want to make it colorful)
This recipe makes about 9 honeycomb soaps or four large 4-ounce soaps with 1 lb of soap base.
Step 1 – Take goat milk soap base and cut small cubes out of it. Now, put them inside a 4-cup Pyrex measuring cup, and microwave for 20-30 seconds.
Step 2 – Keep stirring it and then microwave again for 20-30 seconds. Continue till all the soap melts. You may do this 30 seconds microwaving three times before the entire 1lb batch is completely melted.
Step 3 – Add 3 tablespoons of honey and a few drops of yellow soap colorant to the melted soap. You can add a dash of red color if you prefer a more golden hue.
Step 4 – Mix it all well and pour it into the silicone honeycomb mold. Let it cool down for about 2-3 hours or even more. Higher room temperature or higher humidity levels can increase the time take to set the soap.
Step 5 – Once you see that the soaps are firm, gently remove them from the silicon mold.
Lavender Goat Milk Soap
Soap Supplies You Need:
- Goats Milk Pour Soap Base & Glycerine Melt – 2 lb block (sufficient for 12 bars)
- Silicone Mold
- Lavender Essential Oil
- Liquid Soap Colors – (combine blue and red color to make soft lavender color)
- Empty Eye Dropper Bottles having lids – used to mix soap colors
- Dried Lavender Flowers (optional)
- Microwave Proof Measuring Cup w/ Spout
- Decorative tape, ribbon, burlap, and raffia (for decoration)
Using the above supplies will give you about 12 bars. Since many of the items in the soap making process are reusable, you will save quite some dollars once you start making them regularly.
Step 1 – The soap base will be large but soft and can be easily sliced with a simple kitchen knife. Slice it into small cubes and place them into the microwave safe measuring cup.
Step 2 – Melt the soap cubes in the microwave in 30-sec increments. Stir well in the gaps to make sure the soap gets completely melted. It may take 1 minute and 30 seconds for individual batches of soap cubes to melt 100%. I did the entire process with my pyrex measuring cup. It could only melt half of the soap at once, and I ended up 2 batches of soap cubes out of 2 lbs of the base.
Step 3 – Mix the red and blue colors to make purple colors and add into the pyrex cup.
Step 4 – Add 15-20 drops of lavender essential oil and mix well. Add dried lavender leaves for a better flavor.
Step 5 – Pout the soap mix into the silicone molds and let it stay for about 1-2 hours.
Step 6 – Gently take out the soap from the molds once firm.
Now I used pretty ribbons, burlap, and raffia to wrap it up. It looked so pretty and completely giftable!!
